End-to-end CRM consultancy
Your CRM, built like our own.
Customer Foundry is the end-to-end consultancy for your customer processes, your customer data and your CRM. Senior specialists who design, build and run your system as if it were their own, from the first conversation to long-term care.
The problem
Most CRM projects don’t fail on the software.
They fail because the system was built for the average of everyone, not for how you actually work. It was built by people in a hurry, juggling a dozen other accounts, focused on closing the ticket. The demo looks great. Six months later, adoption is low, the data’s a mess, and no one quite trusts it.
That is how much of a salesperson’s time goes on actually selling. The rest goes on admin, searching and data entry.1We like it when someone checks.Salesforce, State of Sales, 2026. 4,050 salespeople across 22 countries.
That is how many buyers are frustrated when a company does not speak to them personally. The data was in the system all along.3We looked it up before we wrote it down.McKinsey, Next in Personalization, 2021.
That is the chance a project has of meeting its goal when the team is not prepared for the change.2Fair question, where that comes from.Prosci, Best Practices in Change Management, 2023. More than 2,600 practitioners.
We started Customer Foundry to do the exact opposite.
What you get
Experienced people on your system, with time for you.
Whatever project you bring, and wherever you are with it, these three things do not change.
01
The people who learn your business build your system
The senior people who sit with you in discovery are the ones who build the system afterwards, or improve the one you already have. We do not swap people mid-project. If the work needs a specialism beyond CRM, you still do not have to go elsewhere: we work with a network of experts we have delivered with before, and they hold the same standard.
02
We focus on you
Large agencies run dozens of projects at once, and you become one line on a list. We have run plenty of projects, which is why we chase the quality rather than the count. We like to hand work over the way we would want to receive it.
03
The price is the work
That is what makes room for experienced people on your system, and what keeps the cost predictable.
Large IT programmes run 45 percent over budget on average and deliver 56 percent less value than planned. We tell you at the start what it will cost.4This number gave us pause too.McKinsey and the Oxford BT Centre for Major Programme Management, 2012. Data from more than 5,400 large IT projects.
What we do
From first audit to long-term care.
Five stages, one continuous arc. Enter wherever you are. No system yet? Discovery is your natural starting point. Already have one that’s underperforming? Begin with an audit.
01
Audit
A clear-eyed health check of your existing CRM: data, config, automation, adoption, risk. Plain-language findings and a prioritised roadmap.
02
Discovery
Deep business analysis before any platform is chosen. We map your processes and goals, then recommend what truly fits.
03
Design
Requirements turned into a concrete, buildable solution and technical architecture, owned by a senior architect.
04
Implementation
We build it. Configured, tested, documented, migrated, integrated, and your team trained to run it.
05
Operation
Ongoing support and optimisation. The people who built it keep it healthy as your business changes.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us where you are and we will tell you what the next step looks like.
How we work
We breathe with your business.
The same principles run through every engagement, whatever stage you come in at.
01
We’ve sat on both sides
We’ve lived with a CRM as users and owners, not just built one as technicians. We speak business and technical, and we ask the questions that surface what really matters, including the uncomfortable ones.
02
We treat it like our own
If we wouldn’t run it in our own company, we won’t hand it to you. Quality isn’t a phase at the end; it’s how we work the whole way through.
03
Straight talk, always
We name trade-offs and risks in plain language. No jargon smokescreens, no scope games. You’ll always know where things really stand.
We are a good fit
If CRM sits in the middle of your revenue, and it matters to you that it is done properly.
Probably not us
If you need the cheapest quote, or a dozen consultants on your site from tomorrow.
We say this out loud at the end of the first call.
How we measure success
It all adds up to a more efficient business.
Good CRM work should show up in the business itself, not just in a list of features shipped. Here’s where you should expect to feel it. Most projects move all three at once.
01
Profit & revenue
More pipeline, higher conversion, faster deals. A CRM that actively helps you sell more and grow, not just a place to log what already happened.
02
Cost cutting
Less manual work, fewer errors, less tool sprawl. Automation that takes real cost out of how you run day to day, so your team spends time where it counts.
03
Brand & engagement
A better experience at every touchpoint and stronger customer relationships. The system works quietly in the background to make your brand feel consistent and cared-for.
79 percent of the best performing sales teams call data hygiene important. Among the weakest performers it is 54 percent. The difference is not the software.1We work from data, not from a feeling.Salesforce, State of Sales, 2026. 4,050 salespeople across 22 countries.
The core team
Senior people. No layers.
We know the system from the buyer’s chair, from the technical side, and from the place where the two meet. Whoever you talk to can act: there is no account manager between you and the people building your system.
András Szőcs
Business Development & Advisory Lead
Two decades in retail and e-commerce, most of it on the buying side of a CRM. He brings what only that seat teaches: what a CRM has to earn its place doing, and what the board will ask about it.
At Tesco he owned customer insight, Clubcard and personalisation. At Denmark’s Salling Group he built the customer and loyalty programme as a group senior director, at MOL Group he led e-commerce, and he was CEO of the OTP Group marketplace fizz.hu.
Janka Pallagi
Consulting & Delivery Lead
She has worked client side and as a consultant, so she speaks both languages. She leads discovery and stays with the client from the first call onwards.
She has led customer data, CRM and marketing automation from inside a company, built a CRM practice from the ground up, and spent six years consulting on CRM and marketing automation delivery. She designs and implements marketing automation herself, certified on Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
László Kapczy
Architect & Development Lead
Twenty-five years of enterprise software development, the last ten of them in Salesforce. He owns solution architecture, integration design, code quality and release management.
A certified Salesforce developer and technical architect. He has built and integrated Salesforce for e-commerce, real estate, nonprofit and HR technology.
Let’s talk about your CRM.
A short discovery call, no pitch deck. We’ll listen, ask the right questions, and tell you straight where we can help.
